Hello CKAP Members
I was informed by Sherrolyn owner of Familiar Faces Trophy & Engraving Ltd. that although I had approved the proofs for the 19 plaques & 3 medals that they would not be able to fill the order as promised for Friday the 28th of March due to the COVID-19 virus and that the Premier of Ontario Doug Ford has ordered all non-essential stores to close by midnight Tuesday 24 March. This will mean that 19 plaques & 3 medal & the certificates for those medal will not be mailed until the COVID-19 has run it’s course and the store can open again and complete our order.Your CKAP Coordinator was able to mail all hard copies of the CKAP annual report and all certificates & brochures with the exception of the 3 medal certificates on Monday March 23rd 2020.
Your CKAP Coordinator hope that all CKAP member get a chance to cycle solo and that we all get past this pandemic in good health and with a stronger resolve to help insure this never happens again and that we and Canada ends up stronger & wiser .
